Description
This rindik is made in the South Bali style that has 11 keys made from bamboo and a casing from wood. This instrument comes with two mallets and is played using a two-handed technique where two musicians play melodic and interlocking patterns together.
This music is complete with two musicians, so it is a good idea to buy two instruments.
The instruments are tuned slightly ‘out’ from each other, resulting in a beautiful humming sound that is characteristic of all Balinese gamelan ensembles.
Made in Denpasar by home industry professionals, there are three designs available.
